Structured Training Walks
Calmness • Proper Socialisation • Essential Walking Skills in Group Settings
Our structured hour-long on-leash walks are designed to promote neutrality, helping your dog learn to be calm and well-behaved around others in a safe, supportive environment.
Come and walk your dog with a group of other people and their dogs. The objective is to have an opportunity to practice your dog’s leash manners and on-leash social skills around people and dogs from a bit of a distance.
Walk & Train with us
During this one hour walk, you will participate with your dog while being guided by a Certified Multi-Credentialed trainer. We walk as a group of people and dogs, we get some exercise, we help our dogs learn to walk calmly around other dogs and we have fun with obedience training games while we go!
It is a structured program where you will be helping your dog feel calm and confident around other leashed dogs. Our trainer is there to give guidance during the walk and offer assistance when needed.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is looking to improve or maintain their dog’s socialisation and practice basic on-leash skills.
These group walks are only open to those using positive reinforcement training methods and dogs must be walked with a harness.
Your dog must have general leash skills already established. The dogs will not be meeting or interacting while on leash.
